Step 1: Logged in to the Web Page

Step 2: On the ECM Help page click on the "Unassigned" box 


Step 3: After clicking it you can now see the all active tickets.



Step 4: Click on any of the existing cases to work on.



Step 5: After clicking any of them you will be able to see this page showing the full details of the ticket and on the right side of the screen you can see "Ticket Properties".



Step 6: In this area, you can change ticket information, and change the assigned agent.

Step 7: On the "Agent" drop down box you can see the list of agents available

Step 8: Click on your name to accept the unassigned tickets and click "update"

Step 9: After clicking the "update" button it will notify if the changes was done by seeing this page

Step 10: To verify if the ticket is successfully assigned accordingly, go back to the "Dashboard" button. Under recent activities there's a notification indicating its changes.
